IWILLA REMEDY TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in any course, workshop, digital product, consultation, or program (collectively referred to as “Program”) offered by Iwilla Remedy (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all current and future offerings purchased through our website, partner platforms, or in-person events, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

PROGRAM/SERVICE

Iwilla Remedy agrees to provide access to the Program(s) selected in the online checkout process. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures outlined in this agreement as a condition of participation in the Program.

You acknowledge that you will consult with your physician regarding any medical concerns, including questions about your diet, supplements, or exercise. Iwilla Remedy does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any content for your health and disclaims responsibility for your decisions. You are solely responsible for your health and choices.

THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE

All content is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult with your physician before implementing any herbs, supplements, or lifestyle changes. Participation in any Program does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Statements regarding products have not been evaluated by the FDA.

DISCLAIMER

Client understands that Selima Harleston Lust and Tami Lust are not acting as licensed medical professionals, therapists, attorneys, or financial advisors. Consultants do not promise specific outcomes and are not liable for business, health, or financial results. No relationship exists between the parties beyond the Program unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

All content on Iwilla Remedy’s websites, social media, and Program materials is for informational purposes only and not intended to replace professional medical care. You agree to consult your physician before implementing any information provided. Iwilla Remedy is not responsible for any outcomes based on the use or misuse of content.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Client agrees to keep all shared participant and Company information confidential. This includes names, personal stories, emails, business details, and proprietary materials. Breaches may result in removal from the Program and legal action.

NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Iwilla Remedy materials are copyrighted and for individual use only. You may not reproduce, sell, or share content for business or educational purposes. Violations will result in legal action.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

All Programs are for educational purposes only. Client accepts full responsibility for their progress and outcomes. Results vary and are dependent on each individual's application and circumstances. No guarantees are made.

REFUND POLICY

All Iwilla Remedy offerings are non-refundable, with the sole exception of Herbal Medicine for the Soul.

Herbal Medicine for the Soul includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, minus credit card processing fees, if you participate in the Program and find it is not the right fit. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment. No refunds will be granted after that period.

Herb kits are non-refundable once shipped.

HERBAL MEDICINE FOR THE SOUL PAYMENT OPTIONS

Choosing a payment plan means you agree to pay the full program amount. This is not a membership and cannot be canceled mid-plan.

Current Options:

  • $3,500 paid in full

  • 12 monthly payments of $350

  • Special student pricing: $1,995 paid in full or 12 monthly payments of $199.50 (total $2,394)

Legacy Options:

  • $3,500 paid in full or 6 monthly payments of $700 ($4,200 total)

  • $1,997 paid in full or 6 monthly payments of $394 ($2,364 total)

  • $1,497 paid in full or 6 monthly payments of $300 ($1,800 total)

  • $997 paid in full

  • $497 paid in full (365-day access; non-refundable)

  • $525 paid in full (non-refundable; no exceptions)

Missed Payments: Your access will be paused until your account is current or paid in full.

OTHER COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

All other offerings, including but not limited to:

  • Winter Wellness Workshop

  • Pain-Free Periods Bundle

  • Self Care Through the Signs

  • Family Farmacy

  • Masterclasses, pop-up workshops, and one-off trainings

are non-refundable and grant immediate access upon purchase.

DISCOVERY CALLS

Discovery calls are designed to help prospective students identify the right course or path. They are not consultations and do not include personalized health guidance, diagnosis, or protocol suggestions.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

This agreement does not create an employee, joint venture, or partnership relationship. Both parties are acting independently.

FORCE MAJEURE

Iwilla Remedy is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by conditions beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, health crises, or civil unrest.

SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, all remaining terms remain in full effect. A failure to enforce any part of the agreement does not waive future enforcement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You participate at your own risk. Iwilla Remedy is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our Programs or materials. No guarantees are made regarding results.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

Client agrees not to publicly or privately make statements that could be construed as defamatory, slanderous, or negative about the Company, its representatives, or its Programs.

ASSIGNMENT

Client may not transfer or assign this agreement without written consent.

MODIFICATION

Company reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Changes will be posted publicly and communicated as necessary.

TERMINATION

Iwilla Remedy reserves the right to remove a participant from a Program without refund if they violate Program guidelines, disrupt the learning environment, or breach these Terms.

INDEMNIFICATION

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Iwilla Remedy and its representatives from any claims arising out of participation in our Programs or use of our materials, except in cases of Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association. Claims must be brought within 100 days of the issue. Arbitration costs are the responsibility of the Client in unresolved payment matters.

EQUITABLE RELIEF

Company may seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect against harm from breaches of this agreement.

All notices can be sent via email to: help@iwillaremedy.com. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website.

OUR MINIMUM GUARANTEES

Unless noted otherwise, Herbal Medicine for the Soul is the only Program with a 30-day guarantee. All other products are final sale. Contact us at help@iwillaremedy.com with questions before purchasing.
