Your astrological sun sign says so much about you and your health! Your Sun sign gives you life and it is where you shine brightest. It is your chi and prana. It’s that cord that connects you in your physical body with that of your soul. It’s the source of your vitality. It is your inner authority, who you are at your core. It’s your “I am” and the consciousness of who you are, the spark that makes you, you.

Your sun placement indicates both the quality and quantity of your natural vital force – the type of energy you have (what makes you come alive), how much it you have. Think of the sun as your internal battery and your sun sign tells you how to recharge and the house placement tells you what to do to feel most vibrant. When we’re not being our full selves according to our sun signs, or we’re expressing the negative qualities of the sun sign, our battery drains. The more our battery drains, the less vital we feel and the more likely we are to succumb to the illnesses of our sun sign placement.

In this video journey through the signs, you’ll understand how each sign energy shines and gets knotted up. You'll be given herbal blends and offered holistic practices, such as affirmations and reflection questions, all of which are designed to encourage introspection and mindfulness. Through this work, you’ll have a greater awareness of the inner obstacles that hold you back and you’ll feel equipped with plant allies and spiritual tools to help you overcome them.

Check out the video here and use the chapters in the caption to navigate directly to your sign sign.

With joy,
Selima & Tami
