Holistic Support for Fibroids

If fibroids have been running your life, the heavy bleeding that inevitably leads to anemia, looking three months pregnant, the pain no one takes seriously, and the exhaustion that nobody really understands. I want you to know this: you’re not crazy for being concerned and you’re definitely not alone.

Fibroids can take up more space in your life more than anyone realizes physically, emotionally, and mentally.

And what makes it harder is not the symptoms alone, but the lack of real options. Too many people are offered the same one-size-fits-all recommendations, without being told there are ways to support the body, reduce symptoms, and restore balance.

And when you push for answers, you’re too often offered surgery before support, hysterectomy before alternatives, dismissal before dignity.

The disparities are real, especially for Black women and people of color, who statistically develop fibroids earlier, larger, and with more severe symptoms, yet are still denied options that protect their fertility and their future.

There is hope, because there are always options. And that’s one of the things I love most about herbalism.

When it’s practiced and studied skillfully, it becomes clear, there are paths forward that don’t rely solely on pills or invasive procedures, while still honoring the moments when those interventions are truly needed.

Over the years, I’ve helped so many people navigate their fibroid journey:

  • One birthed her fibroids and now lives completely symptom-free.

  • Another still has fibroids on imaging but is entirely asymptomatic, no pain, no flooding, no problems whatsoever.

  • Many others have reclaimed regular cycles, lighter bleeding, better moods, more energy, and a deeper connection to their bodies.

  • When the medical system refuses to take our pain seriously, we must take our healing into our own hands — out of necessity and for the thriving of our communities.

That’s why I created the Holistic Support for Fibroids class. A deep, practical, spiritually-grounded class that returns knowledge, options, and confidence back to you.

In this workshop, I’ll guide you through:

What fibroids actually are and why they grow — in clear, human language

How estrogen dominance + sluggish liver clearance create the perfect hormonal storm

The herbs that help, including blends for heavy bleeding, pain, hormone clearance, and more

Nourishing foods + lifestyle shifts that support hormone metabolism

Supportive supplements and practices with safety guidelines

Self-advocacy strategies so you walk into appointments informed, confident, and unafraid

And most importantly: how to build an herbal practice that supports your whole self — physical, emotional, and spiritual

My intention is simple:To give you the most comprehensive, compassionate, and empowering fibroid class you’ve ever taken. Because you deserve more than “watchful waiting,” which always translates to “they will continue to grow and disrupt your life to the point where you can’t refuse surgery.”

You deserve a path that honors your body, your ancestry, your autonomy, and your healing.
