Commissions and Payouts
Affiliates participating in the Iwilla Remedy® Partner Program earn a 25% commission on all eligible sales made through their unique referral links. Payment plans are not eligible for this program. Iwilla Remedy® reserves the right to adjust the commission rate at any time, with advance notice provided to all active partners. Commissions are calculated according to our established structure to ensure fair and transparent compensation for your efforts. Payouts are initiated 31 days after each confirmed sale to allow for the processing of returns or cancellations, ensuring accurate and reliable earnings.
Affiliate Link and Cookie Duration
Your distinct referral link is the foundation of your commission earnings. When promoting our products on your website, blog, social media platforms, or in person, it’s essential to use this link as provided. If you fail to use your unique link or alter it in a way that causes it to break, the sale will not be attributed to you. The tracking cookie associated with your unique link remains active for 90 days. Any qualifying purchases made by the same customer within that period will be credited to your account.
Prohibited Activities
To maintain a high-integrity and ethical affiliate environment, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
-
Spamming or unsolicited communications
-
Deceptive, misleading, or false advertising
-
Bidding on Iwilla Remedy® trademarked terms in paid search (e.g., Google Ads)
Violations may result in immediate termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved promotional materials provided by Iwilla Remedy® solely for the purpose of marketing our products and courses. Unauthorized use or modification of Iwilla Remedy® logos, images, copy, or course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or termination of affiliate privileges.
Data Protection and Privacy
Any personal information collected through your participation in the program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Your information will not be sold or shared without your consent, except as required for tax or legal compliance.
Independence and Flexibility
As an affiliate partner, you operate as an independent contractor. You are free to design and execute your own promotional strategies in alignment with our guidelines. This flexibility allows you to tailor your approach to your audience while ensuring that all messaging remains on-brand and truthful.
W-9 Requirement:
To comply with U.S. tax regulations, all affiliates must submit a completed and valid W-9 form prior to receiving payouts. This form is required for income reporting purposes and will be requested during the onboarding process. Failure to submit a W-9 may result in delayed or withheld payments.
Application Process
To be eligible for participation in the Iwilla Remedy® Partner Program, prospective affiliates who are students of Iwilla Remedy courses must undergo a straightforward application process. This procedure involves submitting personal details, providing information about their course enrollment, and articulating their intention for joining the partner program.
Verification Process
Upon the receipt of an application, the Iwilla Remedy Partner Program team will initiate a verification process to authenticate the applicant's enrollment status in a Iwilla Remedy® course. This validation might encompass cross-referencing the applicant's information with our course records to ensure accuracy.
Approval Access
Following the successful verification of the applicant's course enrollment, approved individuals will receive an official confirmation of their acceptance into the Iwilla Remedy Partner Program. Subsequently, they will be granted access to the dedicated partner dashboard. Within this dashboard, partners can access their unique affiliate link, promotional materials, and track their referrals and corresponding commissions.
Maintenance of Partner Status
Affiliates must maintain active enrollment in an Iwilla Remedy® course to retain their status in the program. If your course status changes (e.g., withdrawal or completion without continued engagement), your affiliate status may be reviewed and potentially suspended or revoked.
Termination and Review
If your enrollment in an Iwilla Remedy® course is discontinued or terminated, your affiliate status will automatically be reviewed. Affiliates who no longer meet the eligibility criteria may be removed from the program at Iwilla Remedy’s sole discretion.
Appeals Process
If your application is declined or your affiliate status is revoked due to changes in eligibility, you have the right to appeal. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the program administrator. All appeals will be reviewed carefully, and a final determination will be made based on the information provided.
Mission-Aligned Community
This policy has been formulated to ensure that our affiliates possess a profound understanding of Iwilla Remedy's® mission. This knowledge empowers affiliates to effectively promote our courses and products while staying aligned with our mission and values. By maintaining this eligibility criterion, we strive to nurture a community of partners genuinely connected to our holistic vision.
Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; changes will be reflected in the update log above. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any modifications. Continued participation in the Iwilla Remedy® Partner Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
